Polycell

Polycell is an expanding, spray foam that can help contain the damage of a fire, and more importantly provide crucial time to residents/employees to escape safely from a burning building. Polycell will help our clients fulfill their obligations to their buyers and fire inspectors. 

Construction Cleaning

Sweep out cleans are crucial to the construction cleaning process. After framing is installed the floors are filled with extra pieces of wood and layered in saw dust. There will also be materials for incoming trades blocking or obstructing access for drywallers. This inhibits the ability for drywallers to install their materials efficiently. Sterile Wise will remove the left over debris, relocate obstructing materials, and sweep that unwanted saw dust covering the floor.

The rough clean occurs right before the installation of carpet. During the rough clean, we will remove any remain remnants of saw dust, reclean the garage, wipe down any countertops/cabinets, sweep, and mop any tile that has been installed. Constantly wiping down countertops/cabinets and mopping floors will prevent a hazy film from settling onto these products. By cleaning these we save you money by ensuring property owners don't request a replacement of materials that have been coated with a permanent layer construction dust.

The final clean occurs as all the trades begin finishing up. During this clean, we will do everything we did in the rough as well as clean and polish appliances, vacuum carpets, and wipe down additional installations (window sills, doors, handles, and faucets).
The celebration clean will help to ensure customers get to see their recently purchased property in perfect condition. During our celebration clean, we celebrate the sale of a property for both our clients and their customers. Handles, countertops, cabinets, doors, and walls are all wiped down. Appliances are polished, floors are mopped, and any carpet is vacuumed with our pattern technique for a little extra visual satisfaction.  We also provide our clients with scented devices to ensure their properties are home to a freshly cleaned aroma.
